State & Arthur

State & Arthur is a City led affordable housing development project at the North East corner of State St and Arthur. Their will be 102 units and a planned daycare. It is unlikely that there will be any retail. The land for the project remains owned in Boise’s land trust. Some pictures of the project are shown at the bottom of this page.

The latest project design documents which were approved in March of this year can be viewed on the city’s permitting and licensing page.
