Update September 15, 2023
The process for the Fargo 41 development at State and Fargo has progressed to the Design Review phase. For this project the design review is an administrative procedure but comments from the VPNA are allowed. The VPNA submitted comments this week regarding loss of tree canopy; access to the neighborhood via Fargo during development; and a clarification on ACHD comments.

Fargo 41 is a new multi-use apartment complex at 4138 W State St (the NE corner of Fargo & State) with 3 retail and 3 office spaces. 20 of the one bedroom units have a separate bedroom-sized office likely making them 2 bedroom units (but don’t qualify as such without closets).
The city record number for Fargo 41 is PUD23-00012 which may be accessed here. Planning and Zoning will hear comments on this development July 12, 2023 at 6 PM at City Hall. You are encouraged to attend or testify if you have comments or concerns.
