In 1991 VPNA developed a Policy Guide to establish our goals regarding preservation of our neighborhood.

Board of Directors

The business of VNPA is conducted by a volunteer Board of Directors, consisting of the Officers and Chairs of each sub-neighborhood. Feel free to contact any of us with questions. If you would like to contact your sub-neighborhood Chair but aren’t sure which neighborhood you live in, visit the VPNA map.  Each sub-neighborhood can have two representatives.  If only one name appears feel free to apply.

Location

Veteran’s Park Neighborhood is located in Boise, ID, just west of downtown. The neighborhood map is below. VPN features Veteran’s Memorial Park at the corner of Veteran’s Parkway and State St., and enjoys the Boise River and Greenbelt along its southern  border. Soon, VPN will also be home to the new Esther Simplot Park and Boise River Recreation Park.

Borders of the neighborhood include: 19th St. north to State Street, west on State St. and north at 36th St., south at Taft St., to Wylie Lane. Boise River on the south side to Main St / Idaho St.
